How it Works

1. Click HERE to open an "Intake Link", where you will take a minute to fill a few details, like your VIN, Date of Loss/Accident, Mileage at Loss, etc. (~2 mins)
2. When repairs are complete, ask your body shop for the Repair Estimate PDF, and then add it into that form and Submit.
3. Within 1-2 business days, you should be connected, through TRUEclaims, with an Attorney who will represent you in negotiating with the insurance company.
4. Attorneys handling Diminished Value claims will typically handle the whole process for you.
5. Attorneys typically get paid for Diminished Value claims once they reach a settlement for you and they usually charge in the range of 30-40%

To use TRUEclaims, you must submit your form it at the time of picking up your vehicle from your body shop.
